PATRICIA HERBERT is an experienced, qualified Counsellor offering skilled, individual and relationship counselling. She has been counselling for over 10 years and has a Bachelors degree in counselling from the University of New England and is a clinical member of the Counsellors and Psychotherapists Association (CAPA). Patricia is based in the Port Macquarie area on the Mid North Coast of NSW.

Utilising cognitive- behavioural therapy (CBT), emotionally-focused and solution focused methodology.

In addition to individual counselling, Patricia:

  • Provides EAP (Employee Assistance Programs), to various employers on the Mid North Coast including North Coast Area Health Service.
  • Is included in the Division of GPS referral listing of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
  • Is an accredited service provider for the National Carer Counselling program run by the Commonwealth government.
  • On the referral listing of the Eating Disorders Foundation of Australia.
